First, try restarting your Apple Watch: How to restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support and its companion iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support. Then, check for any available updates to the iPhone: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support, followed by updates for the watch: Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support.

If the issue continues after that, unpair your watch from your phone: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support, then set it up again: Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support.
