Why won’t it let me download anything?

why Can’t I remove a payment method I don’t use it keeps saying an active subscription but it’s not even my card I need help

Hello ~ I am going to suggest that you contact Apple on this especially if you are seeing a card you don’t recognize…that is unusual if so. Go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support for further assistance. Read through link below as well:

If you see an Apple Services charge you don't recognize

No im not on a family plan or anything I just don’t recognize the card and I need it removed but it’s not letting me which is causing me not to be able to download anything off my iPhone bc it keeps asking for verification and when I do it brings me to the card number I don’t recognize
