Updating an Apple Watch that’s not connected to the Internet

I recently changed my home internet provider while my Apple Watch was not linked to my iPhone. (I was trying to do an update when the wifi went out) Now when I attempt to update the watch from my phone it’s saying it’s not connected to the internet and says “start over” or “try again”? What do I need to do?
