Unwanted update

I am running Mojave. Software Update keeps telling me to update to Catalina, which I do not want to do. How can I stop this message in SU?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.14

Mojave does have Software Update Pref Pane, & Advanced there has those options to uncheck.

Do not remember if Mojave has the Software Update in System Preferences - my bad.

But in there uncheck all options and inside Advanced uncheck all those option too.
