how to remove the catalina update from my mac

the catalina update removed softwares from my mac without warning me i dont want this how do i remove it

Erase the drive and restore from your backup.

can this downloaded os update be found and removed? I unchecked the "download new updates when available" too late, and now Catalina appears to have been downloaded to my computer and I'm already really tired of being asked daily if I',m ready to restart my computer and "finish" the install.
