Can I trade in a macbook in the US which was bough in another country? If yes, what documents will I need?

You will be asked during the assessment of your trade in if you will be including a charger as it could raise the value of your trade-in. If you say yes, then you will need to include the charger when sending the Mac in. Nothing else besides that (Mac and charger) will be required.
You won't need any documentation. If the serial number is accepted during the trade-in process, then you are good to go.
