Can't open my Mail or fild the "Home Folder" and don't know wht the "Home Folder" is.

So I can't open Mail. I have too many mails. I deleted almost all of them. I still can't open Mail I an told to delete files in the Home Folder. What is the Home folder? Where is the Home folder?


THis is o MacBookPro Catalina. I don't have enough space for an upgrade.

The Home Folder:

The Home filer contains System Files. It is made to not be writable. So, don't fool around with the folder, as your system may then fail.
