I can’t unlock my Apple Watch through my iPhone because it wants to re-pair

So I had my watch and broke the screen. I can’t unlock the screen. Then my phone updated and now I can’t un lock my watch through my phone because it wants to re-pair. What can I no do

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.

Then;

Set up and pair your Apple Watch with iPhone
