Apple Fitness app shows OPEN on App Store but the app is NOT on my Iphone 7

I have an Iphone 7 with the most recent update as well as an Apple watch 3 which is also up-to-date. For some reason when I go to the App Store and try to download the Apple Fitness app it says Open and I do not get the download icon. The app is NOT on my phone anywhere. I have seen suggestions to go to General, Usage, & find the app. However there is nothing called Usage under General on my Iphone. Any other suggestions on how to fix this?
