MacBook Air (13", Early 2014 Model)

To whom it may concern,

My laptop is about approx. 7 years old and has been lightly used over the years. I mainly work of a computer provided by my office. My battery life is very short compared to when I first bought the laptop. I'd estimate it lasts about 4-5 hours. I can't take anywhere without forgetting the charging cables.

I was wondering if Apple will replace my battery for free? Seems like a pretty common issue and that batteries do not age well.

P.s. Since the time I began writing this until now my battery life has dropped from 100% to 93%.

Thanks for your help and any cost saving suggestions.

Best regards,
