Since installing Big Sur, I have had trouble with playing videos such as YouTubes and others off the web. I also have to constantly re-establish my WiFi. I would rather have the last iOS if there is not patch for these glitches. Please advise.

MacOS refers to Mac computers.

A Safe Mode boot deletes system caches that can help after a macOS upgrade. In this case Bir Sur.
Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support
When it’s done running in Safe Mode try videos and monitor your Wi-Fi.
