Big Sur has many glitches, where can I report them to apple? I understand since it is new, there will be glitches. the feedback assistant, but I am not in the beta version (but it still is in my launchpad, idk why) here on the discussions, won't fix a software glitch.

I contacted Apple Support about the Preferences Errors with Big Sur 11.0.1.
The short answer is that they don't know how to fix the problem, only suggest erasing all the files on your hard disk.
I know it sounds dumb, but that was the only fix suggested.
Big Sur has ruined my iMacPro (2017).
Can't use any of my System Preferences because all I get are "preferences error" messages when I try to use any preference.
Apple has no solution and just says erase the hard disk with all the files.

I contacted Apple support as well and the only suggestion I received was that I should backup my files and go back to the previous IOS until they can resolve the glitches.
im fine with the glitches, I just want a good way to report them, so will feedback assistant work?
