Screen time
So I got a new phone and somewhere in there the screen time passcode was lost and I had changed my Apple ID and now I can’t change it and it’s annoying when I run out of screen time

If necessary, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.
