Have you looked up the HP Support page for your printer.

Also, an HP Envy Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer (no e) is mentioned in About AirPrint - Apple Support, so it may be possible to use your printer with the driverless AirPrint technology as well. There is a reference to AirPrint for the ENVY 6455e All-in-One in https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-6400e-all-in-one-printer-series/2100178605/model/2100187516/document/ish_2843711-2427128-16 . AirPrint means that you do not have to install drivers if the printer and the computer are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router).


Software/drivers from the printer manufacturer may or may not add functionality.
