SIM card off

Hi, I have my SIM card on, in the phone, everything is correct, but the SIM is not visible, it´s not working. I tried to give it back to the iPhone 6s and everything worked well. But new Xs is all the time with “no SIM”.

please, what I should do? I tried reset everything, but no change.
