activation lock

do you guys know how to do the activation lock i had this ipad for a while and i forgot the apple id

ps : i dont remmember what model it is i do know that its a really old one

Ro to https://iforgot.apple.com to retrieve the ID and reset the password. See also If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

Failing that, as long as you can produce legitimate proof that you are the owner (which must include the serial, IMEI or MEID number) you can request unlocking as detailed here: Activation Lock - Support. Note that the process will completely erase the device.
