My Mac App Store stopped responding while launching Appstore after Catalina update 2021, I forced quit , restarted several times, reseted network settings but I couldn't find any solutions. Could somebody help me please?

Have you tried using a different wifi network?

I share your concern, my Mac App Store also stopped responding, in July 2021. I just updated to MacOS 10.15.7, moments ago, but that did not resolve the problem. Apple it would be great if you would join in, and give us a solution.
Thanks for the response above! When I switched from WiFi to Hot Spot, AppStore worked.
I wish AppStore worked on my Wifi, and gave clear suggestions of how to fix problems, when access problems occur.
