My App Store will not launch fully since upgrading to macOS Catalina...I've force quit and sent reports, rebooted, emptied the cache...no luck, and can't download apps needed to work remotely (Skype etc)

The only thing I can think of is to erase and reinstall since the app store is part of the OS install.
