How can I listen to my Spotify music on my watch offline?

I have bought an apple watch SE mainly to track runs and listen to Spotify. I've seen that it's now possible to listen to spotify offline on the Apple watch by going to a specific playlist on the phone app, clickin the 3 dots and clicking download to watch. However i don't get the "download to watch" option it only downloads to my phone. How can i listen to my spotify music on my watch offline.

PS: Everything is up to date, spotify on my phone on the watch and both software's (iOS) updated as well

Yes we are basically all still waiting for that release to come out. The Spotify app has not been updated for a month now... maybe they encountered some kind of last minute glitch and had to go back to drawing board.
