It started Friday. And my wife just called and talked to Verizon and now it works. She didn’t say what was wrong but it does work now.

That does not mean the provisioning on each phone by the cell service provider is set the same as you can't view that. Contact your cell service provider and have them check your provisioning for SMS/MMS.

When did this issue start for you? I contacted Apple Support and they deferred me to my carrier (Verizon). I haven’t contacted them yet. I have an iPhone and my spouse has an Android. I can receive text messages from him but he cannot receive texts from me. We’ve tried factory restarting the phone (not restoring from iCloud), checking block contacts, resetting network settings, turning on/off iMessage - and still no luck. It’s the weirdest thing.

Me too, as of 6/16/21. My text message appears “not delivered” to my spouse who has an Android. I can receive his texts and calls, but I cannot text him. It is only happening with that person

I am having the same issue and my wife has a iphone and can send messages to android and our settings are the same.

Yea did that already doesn’t fix it

What did your carrier say when you spoke to them?

It is supported my wife and I have same carrier and same account and hers works.
