If you have an issue with the motherboard on your phone, you can't fix it. iPhone is NOT do it yourself repairable. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options. Apple is very unlikely going to repair a phone with a damaged motherboard. Either an Out of Warranty replacement will be offered at about 60% of the cost of the phone when new, or maybe it's time to buy a newer more modern iPhone.
