In storage settings my iPad is not showing IPad OS update to delete iPad OS update it does not show option in the iPad storage my iPad is glitching really bad since the storage shows full 😞

You can visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad - and if repair is required, make appropriate arrangements:
