Backing up old iPhone

Hey I’m trying to backup my old iPhone onto my Mac, the old phone screen doesn’t work and I can’t unlock the phone so the phone doesn’t show up in the files

please help

Restore iphone13 from backup of iphone11 Hello, I backed my iphone11 to a windows 10 PC using latest version of itunes. Then I connected my new iphone13 to the same PC. If the screen doesn't work and you can't unlock the phone, then you can't back it up either. It's always too late to worry about backing up a phone after it's broken.
