my iphone 7plus is broken and i am unable to click trust computer when trying to backup my phone to my mac so i can restore it on my new phone, how can i restore my old phone on my new phone

A broken phone cannot be backed up.

If it's a broken screen, it is possible the Apple store can replace the screen without wiping your data (no guarantees).
