why am not getting the apple fitness+ tab on my apple devices

my watch and the phone is already the latest version of ios and still, it's not coming

Fitness+ is only available in the following regions;

Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the UK, and the US.

Are you in one of these regions?.

fitness plus Hi, I'm from Portugal, I have a 12 Pro Max, updated yesterday to 14.3, already restarted the phone several times and the Fitness + tab doesn't show. Went to App Store and no updates to Fitness app. Updated, as well, my Apple Watch 6. On the watch the update 7.2 log showed "Fitness +". Any ideas? Thank you.
