Why won’t fitness + tab show up in fitness app? Watch and iPhone both have latest iOS updates installed.

Certainly. Apple Fitness+ is not available in France at this time.
In that case it is time to click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page.
You have to update iPhone software to newest update available. That worked for me.
My devices are updated but I do not see the fitness+ tab in the Fitness app; only Summary and Sharing. Could it be because I am in France? Thanks
I just asked the same question. This is extremely frustrating, especially seeing how many of us have the same problem.
