AirPlay2 Audio out of sync with AppleTv

When playing sound from AppleTV to the TV and AirPlay2 speakers the audio is out of sync (approximately 100ms). More in detail, the audio of the Airplay2 speakers is too early. If I’m using the audio sync procedure on AppleTV the situation is worsening (approximately 500ms). Apple told me that they are working in general on audiosync problems. Does anyone have exactly the same problem as I have? Is there somebody who has his audio in perfect sync? Kind Regards
