Apple Music App Crashing

How can I fix my Apple Music app? Every time I try to open the app to play music, it opens for a second, then immediately crashes going back to the home screen. I’ve tried resetting my phone, logging in and out of my account and re-installing the app itself and still the same outcome. Someone please help I just want to listen to my music!

We are happy to help with the issue you are having with Apple Music. You mentioned you reset your phone. Could you provide some clarification on that? Did you restart it, reset settings or erase your data? We recommend you verify that your device is running the latest version of software. You can do this by going to Settings > General > Software Update. Also, can you log in to you Apple Music with your Apple ID on another device?
