So i accepted the shazam 2 month apple music offer and it was all working well until when i restarted my iphone. After this, apple music and all the apps connected to it (shazam, apple tv, music classical) are broken and are just unresponsive when i try to open them. I’ve tried restarting my phone again to no avail. The settings app also says to join apple music when i get to the settings option, and sometimes crashes as well after going in there.

Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (AU)
Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media and Purchases, sign out and sign back in.

Does this method help to resolve when Shazam doesn't allow you add songs to Apple Music?
My Shazam app does not open music in Apple Music or allow me to use the playlist function
