Shortcut to open an app and give it permission

I have an app that requires Bluetooth to work. I will only allow Bluetooth access to this app when I want to use it and disable Bluetooth access once I close this app.

My Bluetooth is always on for another apps.

is there any shortcut for such scenario above? Thank u in adv.

Monster smart app Bluetooth permissions I downloaded Monster Smart App to use some led lights with my phone and I needed to enable bluetooth in the permissions for the app but the bluetooth option in the permissions of the app weren’t there. I tried going into the privacy section of the settings and the bluetooth section but there was no monster smart app to enable bluetooth for. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing seems to work. App clip is displayed for privacy even though it is not using Bluetooth Even though we’re turning off Bluetooth, the app clip is displayed in the privacy. Is it possible not to allow apps due to privacy restrictions? It seems that there used to be that setting item, but it doesn't exist now. Bluetooth is not allowed due to privacy restrictions.

Control centre Does anyone know how you get the Bluetooth app out of your control centre when You swipe up please?

There are no app specific bluetooth activate and de-activate shortcuts.
