Monster smart app Bluetooth permissions

I downloaded Monster Smart App to use some led lights with my phone and I needed to enable bluetooth in the permissions for the app but the bluetooth option in the permissions of the app weren’t there. I tried going into the privacy section of the settings and the bluetooth section but there was no monster smart app to enable bluetooth for. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing seems to work. Can someone help?
