I purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription. It says "pending" in purchase history and when I try to edit a word document saved on my computer it says I need to activate a subscription. When I try to sign in it says subscription not found.
It sounds like there may be a payment issue with that subscription ppurchase.
Please speak directly with Apple.
