Automatic update MacOS 10.15.7 now unable to access any website where personal login details required

Automatic update MacOS 10.15.7 last week and now unable to access any website where personal login details are required eg internet banking (all banks), HMRC - any ideas. I have cleared the cache still not working, get the error "problem repeatedly occurred xxxx public.authentication/login" Any ideas, cookies enabled, not set to private browsing. Please help its driving me nuts.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

Check for Updates - there was a Safari update released Tuesday May 4, 2021 - it may solve your issue. At least, it did for another with same issue but only they were on Big Sur.
