Game Pigeon Download

Recently I realized Game Pigeon had undownloaded from my phone. In trying to redownload it, it shows the cloud icon with an arrow coming down from it. When I press it, it shows the loading sign for maybe a second and then returns to the little cloud. I have reset my phone twice, backed it up to icloud, signed out of my apple id and signed back in, and it still refuses to work. I have an iPhone 11 Pro and the newest iOS as of April 2021.
