I cannot reinstall Game pigeon on my iPhone 6s Plus it loads for a little bit then it just pops up the little cloud

Game Pigeon Download Recently I realized Game Pigeon had undownloaded from my phone. In trying to redownload it, it shows the cloud icon with an arrow coming down from it. When I press it, it shows the loading sign for maybe a second and then returns to the little cloud. I have reset my phone twice, backed it up to icloud, signed out of my apple id and signed back in, and it still refuses to work. I have an iPhone 11 Pro and the newest iOS as of April 2021.

Why can’t I download game pigeon ?? I just moved from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone XS and everything was restored from the cloud. Except game pigeon. So I go to the App Store and it’s still showing the cloud symbol indicating that I have to download and when I click on it, nothing happens! It’s been 3 days! Please fix or help, this is getting really upsetting.
