I would like to lower my calories for my activity ring on my Apple Watch, but when I slide down I don’t show the option to change goals (per online instructions) I have the older version watch If anyone can advise how would greatly appreciate
Thank you very much for your quick response. Unfortunately my watch is older a 2 or the 3... mine doesn’t show this option when I scroll down.
Try this;
Open the activity app on your Watch, press and hold on the screen, then tap Change Move Goal.

If you have watchos6 then tap on the activity app and scroll down to the bottom to change your move goal;
