can’t see “change goals” on watch

I can’t see “change goals” on my Apple Watch. I have an older series and I’m trying to update my activity rings. I cannot find any answers and have already done the hard push and hold, but the only one I can change is my move goal.

Apple Watch 3: setting activity goals I own the Apple Watch 3 and software is updated. I want to change my move, exercise and stand goals. On my watch I open the activity app, tap the and hold my finger on screen, then it takes me to the option to “change move goals”. However it does not offer the “next” option to change exercise and stand goals. It only offers “update”. please advise.

The only goal you can change with a watch 2 is this,to change all 3 goals you need at least WatchOS7.
