I had bought a used iphone 11 which has apple waaranty left for 3 month and after buyinig this i have updated to ios 14.2 and now my battery health is decreasing once in week when i was buying this phone it was 100

The best thing I'd recommend is to make sure you are plugging your phone in every night and leaving it plugged in all night. Top off as necessary throughout the day, making sure not to drop below 20% or so. Make sure Optimized Battery Charging is turned on too
You know what, Apple should look at the calibration of iPhone 11 series batteries and release a fix in the next iOS version, like say iOS 14.5.
