hey guys, I recently got the newest model MacBook Air, I also bought a Lacie rugged 2t external hard drive, both brand new. now upon trying to plug it in I noticed the USB-C to USB-C cable provided from Lacie, isn't going all the way in and I don't want to force it obviously. the ports work for all other USB-C cables so I'm not sure if this is an ongoing thing with Lacie or not. does anyone have any ideas ?

It should fit nicely. Have you tried using different ends of the cable for the LaCie drive and the Mac? If so, and it still doesn't work, I would contact LaCie. LaCie Support

Get another cable or request a replacement from LaCie.

it’s having issues going into the Mac, it just won’t fit all the way. There’s only one size or type for the c connection right ?

Yeah I have tried both ends changing sides etc I just didn’t know if there was a different kind of C connection. Yeah I think that’s the best thing to do ! I appreciate it Thankyou !
