When I back up my phone to icloud, does it back up my photos too?

We understand that you have some questions about what is stored in your backup. We'd be happy to provide some info that can help with this!

If you currently have iCloud Photos enabled, your photos are not included in your iCloud Backup as they are already stored in iCloud. If you don't have iCloud Photos enabled, your photos would be included in an iCloud Backup.
