Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with my iPhone. Suddenly, the screen turns out black, and I
can still see the black screen after charging, force-restarting, or following the steps provided by the support team. However, I can hear the touch vibration.
Can You please help

May sound silly but go into a dark place and make sure the brightness is not simply too low.
If you already tried :
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
using your computer then arrange a repair

Anything other than Screen or Battery will be a replacement phone and the price will depend on your warranty status.
