If i use disable and delete on icloud photos, will it also delete the photos from my device?/ How can i delete the photos from my icloud but keep them in my device?

Downloaded Photos Stay:
Whatever is downloaded to your iPhone stays on your iPhone. So, it will stay on there. Disable Photos in iCloud, and non-downloaded photos they won't be seen.
