Battery Issue and Heating Issue in iPhone SE2020

Hi,

Battery Health issue:

I bought my iphone 17th of December and with in 4 months my battery health has been dropped 100 to 93% . i asked in apple care(Coimbatore-Tamilnadu,India) they said, i have charged 111 times in between 17 of december 2020 to 27 of march 2021.

and in apple care they said it was normal.

Is that normal, if i charged 111 times reduces 7% of battery health???????????

Heating Issues:

If I am using my phone in outdoor, badly heating like we cant able to hold it.........

and Battery draining fast in outdoor situations like with in 5 min 3 to 4% drop.

How to fix this issue??????
