I have a problem with the iPhone battery

I have a problem with the iPhone battery, there is a very noticeable and accelerated drop in the battery health level and there is heat when charging above the normal level

Heat when charging isn’t anything unusual.

As for battery drop, in Settings > Battery, you can check what apps were used at that time.
