broken old iphone to new iphone

My old iphone 6 is broken, partially working. Will I be able to transfer info to a new iphone?

If you're lucky and you had the phone set to automatically back up to iCloud and to sync items to iCloud then restoring a new phone from a backup and signing into iCloud should restore most things. If the phone is switched on it and connected to power it may even have made a very recent backup and you should be able to recover pretty much everything.
