Delete an app on Apple Watch

When I go to the apps to delete it from my watch, the toggle switch is "shadowed" out and won't allow me to slide it off. What can I do?

Tap on screen time.

Then content and privacy settings

Then iTunes and App Store purchases

Then deleting apps set this to allow.

Install apps set this to allow.

Remove App from Apple Watch Hi, I can’t remove unwanted apps from my Apple Watch. I can remove some but the majority just wiggle but not show a ‘x’ it the red trash can. This is the same in list view or grid view. I couldn’t see how to remove them on the iPhone either. the Photo shows I can’t remove the news app. apple watch series 3 A1858 and has latest iOS - 8.5.1 thanks
