Okay, And if all of the above doesn't work, I recommend going to the folks at apple support as this may be a hardware issue, but before you go to them, try running diagnostics on the mac: Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support if they detect anything on that test, go to apple next after the diagnostics.
