Is there a way to turn on the audio mic on screen record indefinitely? Its kind of hard to remember to do so everytime i want to screen record

Screen recording I do not have the feature to enable microphone audio while screen recording. I do the “long press/hold” on the screen recording button, but nothing shows up. I can’t find any other way to turn this on.

Always on microphone while screen recording? Is there a way to have the microphone be always on while screen recording? I just ended up recording 4 videos for teaching but forgetting to enable the microphone. Since I need to do it everyday, I think it will be useful to not have to go and turn the microphone each time I try to record audio.
