Question

Cellular watch calls without iPhone.

I don’t receive calls if I’m on cellular and not connected to my iPhone. If someone calls I receive notification of missed call. I even call make a call.

Apple Watch Series 6, watchOS 7

You can make and receive a call on Apple Watch without your iPhone nearby but the watch must still be connected got WI-FI. For more info, see:

OOPS - sorry misread your question. Try instead:

Set up cellular on Apple Watch - Apple Support

and see the 'Connect to a cellular network' section.

The link you shared is saying that if i'm not having Cellular model then i have to get connected to Wifi for Making Facetime Video or Audio call. I'm having Cellular Watch. Plan is also connected to cellular network.
