iPad won’t update

I have a iPad Pro (9.7-inch) 2018 that freezes during a update. What could be the issue? I have hard reset and restart twice.

If you're trying to update it wirelessly, see this support article:--> If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update

If you get no help, try updating your iPad using a computer running iTunes (PC) or iTunes/Finder (Mac).

If the issue persists, contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Get Support

These support pages outline both the available methods by which the update can be performed - and troubleshooting should you experience difficulties:

Update your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – Apple Support

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – Apple Support

If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update - Apple Support

iOS update and restore errors – Apple Support

You may be more successful if you use a PC or Mac computer to perform the update - in preference to the OTA update from iPad Settings.
